963c still not fixed any advice

Going on 6 months and 60k later the cat place still can’t get my machine to calibrate they’ve got going straight but can’t get no speed out of it waiting on cat to send a test ecm per engineer suggestions I’m not impressed with the mighty cat service everyone talks about. I’m to the point of going down there and flipping out on the whole dealership but I know it won’t help at all does anybody have any suggestions on what to do. Both drive pumps and both drive motors have been replaced!!

So long thread ahead sorry bought a 963c at thefirst of this year that I thought was a good machinerun like a raped ape. Got to where it would slowdown in a hard push no bogging just slowed down and wouldn’t come back until I cut off the machinethen started it back same pile same grade it woulddo like it’s supposed to. I thought it needed calibration so cat comes out no plug on the machine to calibrate. They come out again wireplug up calibrate machine gets a mind of it owntakes off by itself wide open in reverse. I shut it down it won’t start back cause the pump is strokedup. Tech works the rest of the day trouble shooting gives up going to send a different one out he comeout a week later find metal in case drain filter says drive pump is gone. I stop them and take it in theyinstall drive pump then they say drive motor is damaged beyond repair they put machine back together ( I’m leaving several little details outtrying to make it as short as possible) No change pumps stroked up takes off by itself. They say theycan’t get it to calibrate. They have another 63c beside it taking off parts and nothing is changedthey called the other day say they think it’smechanical because wiring harness is unhookedsometimes it go one way the next it go the otherway. Now they say they have no idea waiting tohear back from cat to see what do try next. Sorry for the long thread has anyone seen this before any help is surely appreciated.

It’s 963c 2000 I think 2ds0184. So after his i Ike’s them to do the other side drive pump and drive motor and they say they fix 2 things and 5 different ones pop up and here we are almost 6 months later and they still don’t have it going
