Really it could be anything-it could have a V8-Maxidyne.

This truck has been at that spot for over a decade. I have taken a few pictures of her before. I’ve to check about the model.

Enlarging photo it's really hard to tell what's under the hood-could be be a B75 but-there were no
Detroit V8's offered with the B's. If it has one it's a transplant.
Vin tag would be at bottom/inside passenger door.
