Reaching out to HEF Management

Hello everyone,

I'm an old member here and I run an internet company in Asia that focuses on construction machinery.

I'm trying to get in touch with the management at HEF. I've previously sent a message through the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the website, but haven't received a response.

I'm posting this to see if I can reach the forum administrators. I'm hoping to connect with someone from HEF management to discuss potential collaboration.

If any members have an alternative way to contact them, I would appreciate it if you could share it in the replies. Thanks for your help!

I’ve already sent several internal messages to the administrators but haven’t received any reply. I’m not sure if they’re on vacation recently or if something else has happened. Could anyone get in touch with them and help me get a response?

Maybe they would like to keep things the way they are now. This is a bulletin board type of deal. Not a special place for any kind of advertising. Its for people that are interested in or have worked with or on heavy equipment. All are free to come here and talk about the machines and or the business that use them, how to fix them and that sort of thing.

In simple terms what is the advantage of a collaboration, with some internet company located many thousands of miles away? And then there is the concern about viruses etc etc. So maybe the owners of this site are just being smart and cautious. That is how I see it.

I can't answer for him, but I know his vibe well enough. The site is the brainchild and baby of owner Steve Frazier. You would be stunned how he's fought to keep this site his own in the internet world without others trying to take it over. Having said that, I seriously doubt he would entertain the thought of a collaboration with any partner regardless of who they are. Steve is very protective of this website, and rightly so.

Thank you all for your kind words. I put the forums together in my spare time and continue to operate it evenings, I have a regular job that demands my attention other times. The first week of the month is exceptionally busy with meetings taking place evenings, and this week had a holiday in front meaning I've had to play catch-up since.

The forums are not the place to have a business discussion such as this, it makes me a bit skeptical on the intent. I want to assure the members I'll never enter into an agreement that would jeopardize the freedom and quality of these forums.
