    What is a good online source for hydraulic cylinder seal kits?

    Not positive but think I got all my seals for D3 was from tornado parts. Basically found the Cat part number and search on it. Private light use only for me

    Needs moved to Backhoe area Post your serial number I have a 416C and had issue priming do to a leaky seal on the fuel pump line, but replacing the seal it came right up. Others will come in but I didn't worry about the return line, just the pump. Key would need to be ON for fuel to flow

    Trying to figure how you found the original screw holes? Drill up from frame hole with smaller bit then screw down from top?

    The clutch should stay locked up until the clutch cylinder releases it when pedal is depressed. When pedal moves half way down the clutch cylinder disengages clutch pack. When it moves further the brake band engages. As WD mentioned check the valve and also pedal adjustment

    That's also the reason the first layer is as thin as possible, so if there is a small amount of oil then first layer it will hold long enough to get the other layers on

    I would clean prep then JB weld in a thin line. After drying, clean light sand and another coat little wider. Repeat for at least 3 coats I repaired the transmission pan on my 955 some years ago and it's still good. Used acetone before each coat

    That's listed as a test port, I don't remember loosing it to bleed. Don't remember what the thread is, but I think it's just NPT
