    Bearing is out has anybody had one of the larger ones apart looks like theres an inner shaft that comes out with the outer wheel or like some do you have to cut the outer wheel off.

    One thing ill tell you about these forums. opinions are like you know what. got a guy making bold statments about pump life on one page and on another is cluless about changing pins and bushings on a bucket. whew. Talk to other owners in your area there are bad dealers for everthing.

    cat d6b broken track link

    QUIKTRAX had it punch out 2 pins press the link together then install link with pins its pretty common to replace a broken link or like he said if there wore enough just take out the broken one and no it wont pull yo one side with a shorter track.

    if its the drive gear there should be fiber gear teeth you can fish out the bottom of the flywheel housing pulled a hundred converters on clarks to change that gear

    TD 8G Torque Converter temp running hot

    You said its running Hotter than you think is should. as long asits not in the red its ok. couple thing push in a lower gear oil level not over full. stall it out get it hot put in netrial run at hi rpm does the temp drop back to normal in a couple min if not after 5 min you have a proplem

    Ive worked on a 400 hough 12 yrd loader a customer had 20 yrs ago had a 475B mishigan several IH 560s old TD 25 must have repaired the track links 40 times on it. stuff was beat bad finaly sold out new company scraped all of it bought new machines.

    had a pedal for fwd and one for reverse 2 speeds you could go full speed in forward step down on the reverse pedel that thing would come to a stop and start backwards with out making asingle klunking sound but was hard as hell the finals we did sevrial tests with it drawbar tests remeber...
