@CM1995 Right? I'm just getting to know the monitor but we checked it out pretty good. All the youtube videos say the G's are a manual switch.... They are in different locations but still the same concept. I've been everywhere on this thing..... I did confirm it's an option. I'm calling...

location of hand pattern control changers on all machines. please list here

Yeah I don't have anything that resembles that. I have a quick coupler mounted there. See pic. THe 2nd pic is the valve block that I think I need to swap A-D B-C? Not sure.. There are a couple valves on ebay...

location of hand pattern control changers on all machines. please list here

Pattern Control changer on Deere 135g? Looked everywhere. There is a sticker on the window but I don't think I got it on this used machine. (2017 135G) I beleive the control block is in the front right of the machine (sitting in the cab). Looks like I'll have to do it manual.

Hitachi ZX 135 US/ John Deere 135D pattern change

Shawnjohn, Is this valve body in the forward-right most part of the access door? Aluminum block with many hoses on both sides? I see small 'numbers' on one side of the body (facing me). Are letters on the other side? I will have to pull a panel door to gain access but wanted to be sure I'm in...

Deere 310sj TMC - hydraulic rams not holding- leak down

Diesel Dave, Yes, I see they are strapped to each ram on the hoe..... I guess I'm I wondering why all 3 of them have failed within a day or two of each other. It's interesting you used the word "contamination". A couple months ago the hydo-fill-cap somehow got blown off under the hood... A...

Deere 310sj TMC - hydraulic rams not holding- leak down

Hey guys - Deere 310SJ TC with approx 6k hours. Vin is 1T0310tjvao181944 All 3 rams are leaking down, even while running. Pretty quickly. Started happening at approx the same time. I can still dig but seems sluggish/slow and less powerful. Kind of dangerous with my guys down in the holes. Pump...

    JD 323D Overheating Cooling Fan

MG2361 - Okay.. Some good news and not so good. I took apart the assembly and soaked the box and all the valves etc in gas for a couple days. Blew everything out with air and put back together. Started..... no immediate noticeable difference. =( Then I started bumping the throttle and...

    JD 323D Overheating Cooling Fan

My oh my! Thank you to the test. The fan is back!!! We almost took off like a 747. Clearly the aluminum valve box is the problem. I would like to pull all the Allen plugs and valves and soak the box in a cleaning chemical or gasoline. In your experience is the debris in the box or valves...

    JD 323D Overheating Cooling Fan

It's a 333e. I hijacked this old thread. Is the 'high speed' valve the one that is sitting solo in the above pic?

    JD 323D Overheating Cooling Fan

A full day on it. At my wits end. Cut open the filter. Clean. Inspected the hell out of it.. Very Clean - no metal. (the main pump has already been replaced on this skid)...... Bought all new solenoid coils (3). Installed. Drained all the hydro and added 7 gallons of aw-68 + new filter...

    JD 323D Overheating Cooling Fan

Also, they said it was important to torque all the coils to the valves but they didn't have a torque spec available.. :).

    JD 323D Overheating Cooling Fan

Thank you for this! Yes, I did disconnect the solenoid (in red) and there was not real difference in speed. My deere dealer has finally helped me and says I should remove the valve in the (red circle), inspect for damage, and replace the coil that is on the valve. ($145) I'm headed out to...
