Print / Dimensions for Deere/Hitachi quick tach 35D 27D etc

I've got a 27D long boom and I'm wanting to build some of my own attachments. I'll be needing to copy the "Ears" used on the John Deere mini excavators and I was wondering if anyone out there had the dimensions for those ears? I plan on having some parts laser or waterjet cut so I need to...

    JRB Bucket Identification

I've got a JRB front loader bucket and I"m trying to figure out what class it is. I'm amazed at the lack of information available on this style coupler. The "Ears" are 22-7/8 apart (inside the ears) and there is 13" Center to center in the pins. I'm thinking this came from a telehandler but...

Need some information on aftermarket track chains & sprockets for a 1150 Case Dozer

I've got a new set of track chains and sprockets that I was told were bought for an 1150B Case dozer. I'm going to sell them and I just want to know as much about them and potentially what else they might fit. On the Sprockets, there is a number cast into the side that says "C-1150 E" as...

    Case 1840 will not crank

That buzzer is not glow puts, its the simple "System Ok" system the used. Both the 1840 and the 1845C are prone to having wiring issues at the two plugs under the seat that send power up to the key switch.

    Ford 4500 losing prime

That sounds like you've got problems with fuel flowing from the tank to me. I'd be the filter inside the tank has gotten knocked off and you've got some junk that is sometimes blocking the tank outlet.

    Takeuchi TL130 Wireing Diagram

Does any of you have the wiring diagram for a TL130 or the gehl/mustang machines? Also, anyone with experiance with the shut down safety stuff that can explain how the oil pressure, water temp and coolant level switches all interact would be very helplfull. Thanks

    Ford backhoes

They are seperate manuals. A 4500 should have a 740 loader on it, look for a manual for that. Just fyi, the backhoe unit will be on another manual.

1840 case dies after you turn on the lights

My 1840 has developed a problem somehow related to the extra current draw of having the lights on. With the machine running, you turn on the lights after 30 seconds to a minute the "seatbelt" buzzer alarm starts going off and the machine dies soon afterwards. After it dies, the key does...

    580K 580SK or 580L Cab Door Latch

I stumbled across this listing the other day and was glad that I did. I'd priced a new door latch and had been using a bungy cable to hold my door shut because I didn't want to fork over the $150 bucks for a new latch. I just installed mine and it was a perfect replacement. I thought that...

Case 1840 - Creeps after I installed new bushings

I took both control arms out of my 1840 case because the bushings were very worn and the control arms were quite sloppy. I also replaced the spherical ball bushing on the end of the pump control cross shaft. I got it put back together and now the machine wants to creep forward, the machine did...

580 Superk RTD and Clutch Cutout wirign

On my 580 Super K, the RTD does not work. Also the clutch cutout switch on the loader control does not work either. The Clutch cutout on the gear shifter does work however. I checked the fuse box, and the RTD/Clutch Cutout fuse was not blown, but my electrical meter also tells me that I don't...

Older 1840 Case drive Chain / Axle installation

Yeah, that is a real b*****d. I rotated the housing 90 degrees so I could get my hand in there. But its still really tight and the damn bolts are handing out there in the way. I was wondering if there was a way to put the cog in first and then bolt it onto the axle later but I couldn't figure...
