    If you get a tool, and you're trying to loosen the nuts,and it won't go,try heating the nuts with a torch. That will loosen the loctite if there is any in there .Good Luck

    I think you are getting combustion gasses in the cooling system. I would clean that radiator/cooler assembly, and put it carefully back in the dozer. It should not be blowing the coolant out the radiator.Those cylinder gasses are so hot,and under such pressure, when they enter the cooling...

    I don't think the inner seal is pushing out against the wiper seal, the inner seals are walled-off from each other.That outer wiper seal is hard to install properly.Some cylinders have small bolts with flat washers to help keep the wiper seal from sliding out of the packing head.I hope they get...

    Machine pulsating on breaks

    Those loaders have a neutralizing feature, when you apply the brakes. Is it possible, the pedal sensor is failing, or out of adjustment, and the operator is feeling the transmission coming in and out of gear? If you can, turn off the pedal neutralizer feature, and try it.
