    For $2.39 a tube you are getting what you pay for. This grease is only a lithium grease. It is not a lithium complex grease. This means it is the lowest quality you can use. The moly is only one part of the grease additive package. I would not use it for anything high speed like bearings. If...

    Does anyone know if there is a repair part or procedure to repair the boom when the bucket bushings have been worn thru into the boom and egg shaped it? I'm thinking of machining a steel sleeve and welding it in the boom to bring back the right diameter for the bushings.

    What engine would John Deere have used in a 544A? The ID plate is missing on my engine and I need to ID it. Also, The ID plate on the machine is pretty beat up. How many numbers or letters are in the Serial number? The only thing I can read is 544AG. Thanks for any info.

    Where are you getting your information? All of the compatibility charts I have found indicate the opposite is true. For the purposes of changing products, the compatibility of greases in question should be determined by laboratory testing. Fluid separation is the first sign of incompatibility...

    Jd 544a

    I just purchased a 544A loader to fix up and use around the property. The owners manual stated to use C-2 fluid in the trans. I am going to drain all fluids from the machine and change all filters. any tips would be appreciated. Thanks

    Greases?

    2 cents I just wanted to add my 2 cents to the use of a/c grease. It is not compatible with most other greases. The only grease it is totally compatible with is Calcium 12OH greases and borderline with Lithium Complex. If you like the a/c grease stick with it, but don't mix it.
