    Thanks Dpete. It was the switch next to the selinoids. Code 702 f06. After chancing the code it ended up being that switch. It looks like it should cost $5 but our lovely cat price was $700.

    We just purchased a trimble machine but we already have several topcon units and No trimble. What do I have to do to run the trimble machine with my topcon base. I have heard I will have to buy a radio to transmit to the trimble reciver. BUT how do I localize the machine if my rover is Topcon?

    Quick Couplers/Quickhitches

    I have esco, jrb, and cat. They all seem to work good. BUT! Quick couplers scare me. Remember to check and double check that tool is secure. As these couplers get old. Get rid of them.

    It's all about service. Ask around and find out which local dealer will serve you the best. We run case cat and Deere. I prefer komatsu but no service here.
