    Case 680e

Wondering if someone can help me out? I’m trying to source air chambers for this machine. My question is do I need 24 24 or 30 30 and is it standard stroke? Thanks

Case 680e tilt and lift spools

Looking at it more, I think if I take the air tank off I could get these out much easier than all those hydraulic lines. Does that make sense?

Case 680e tilt and lift spools

Ok, thanks. That’s what I thought may be the case. I have the parts diagram but unsure of the disassembly process of removing the spools. It looks like maybe they unscrew from the back. Does that sound right?

Case 680e tilt and lift spools

Hi, both the lift and tilt spools are leaking hydraulic fluid badly and I’m thinking I need to change the orings in them. My question is if it’s possible to do without removing the valve from the machine. I’ve never taken one apart before. I can acces the front and back somewhat. Thanks

    Akerman H12b wiring

I recently bought this and it had been sitting for at least 12 years. The guy kind of inherited it. He got it going somewhat. When I got it he was starting it by jumping the hot from the key to the out going of the start button. Then the machine ran good but wouldn’t steer. I found that the coil...

    Akerman H12b wiring

Hi, it seems to be a good bit different in the connection terminal board at the motor. I will upload a picture of my mess.

Thanks, that looks like it will be helpful. I guess what I had was more a parts diagram.

    Akerman H12b wiring

I’m wondering if anyone has a schematic for this excavator. I have the original manual but the diagram in that is hard to read and shows no fuse values or things like that. It’s blowing fuses back at the motor junction. The machine is néw to me and It looks like somebody was trying to fix it? Thanks
