    Pump bolt solutions

    I hear your pain, torque adapters do work in most cases but have a look at the 30mm 382-6050 from your Cat dealer, actually they have a number of 30mm in various configurations labeled for rear engine mounts And can accomodate a torque wrench or breaker bar, very hand tool for pumps.

    3114.... sleeves in head allowing combustion into fuel. Ensure the water pump belt is tight as Usually it slacks off allowing engine temp to raise and affect sleeves. Clear tube on return line out Of head will be the go.

    Was the dozer a 10T? Which side did you time it on ? as the right hand side has a hole which used to have a speed sensor in it. This hole is bigger than the hole on the left which has the starter motor. Best way that I have found with the C27/32 in the dozers is to pin it in the larger hole...

    962k injection timing

    I know that once timing is slightly out, on the pumps with the speed sensor on the back ( C6.6) the injection is disabled and can be a tricky one to troubleshoot a no start situation.
