It said.......... Please mow your grass. You're tanking our property value. Don't make me get my little granddaughter on here to translate for y'all ;) :p :D
Then there should not be "any" sheep in the pic because.....................
There is no sheep in grass and none before tanking

Also no Grand kid info

You need your Grand kid to teach you pic unary

On another note......The wife's kids that quit on her almost a year ago have continued their silence to us.........still being denied seeing the grandkids.
I'm sorry to hear that. Its one thing to not get along at business, but letting it bleed into whether your wife can see her grandchildren, that's a whole different kettle of fish. That's terribly disappointing, and I hope they can turn a corner, what excuse can they possibly give those kids, for not seeing grandma? Sorry.

LMM's slowness is catching up with him. It is taking wayy too long to get this stuff done. I'm not sure if its low confidence or just his nature yet....or a combination of both. A couple of the job supers have already complained to Alan, and I noticed Alan was a bit snippy with him yesterday when he came in the shop. LMM is trying to drink from a firehose here............and that won't get any better as things are piling up in a hurry.

Wifey says I shouldn't be helping him and let him tread water.....Alan says the same thing (although he asked me to assist on this loader project). I'm doing my best to let him lead his own jobs but DAM, its painful to watch.

Keeping the grandchildren away from grandparents is a common tactic now, especially over minor differences like this.

LMM is not good for my OCD. He dropped grease on the floor from the loader, then kept stepping in it and now it's EVERYWHERE on the floor. YIKES!!! He works extremely dirty..........I may have to quit lol. A tech from Deere dealer showed up Friday to look at the runaway engine in the skid loader. I asked him if he knew LMM.......he said he was a lube tech and had never seen him mechanic on anything. HMMM.....interesting. It shows badly

Wow did they go for the greatest cost savings over using you.....
They wanted cheap, sounds like they got cheap.
Honestly, I do wonder if the owner did want to simply hire a lube guy to take some of the mundane
work off your shoulders.
But lower management thought LMM could do anything, saving a bunch of money over your rates, and they would look real good to the owner ?

I worked with a guy like that 50 years ago, his stall had a coat of ATF & anti freeze at all times.

Walk like a duck territory, when he was done with a job the only sign it's had been worked on were his fingerprints were everywhere.

I always walk looking where my feet land so I never step in things like that.

If anyone gets this reference I'll be surprised.

I walk like move find item

I left the loader Friday late afternoon. LMM was supposed to finish it up Saturday. All that was left was to tighten the axle bolts, add diff fluid, make the hoses connection (5-6), install the front tires, and refill the rear diff with fluid. 3 hours or less for me. I'm curious if he got it done and how long it took him. I will know this morning........I'm also interested in how the shop was left.

Prediction- he does everything but fill it and sends it back out. “I thought you filled it!”

Alternative prediction- fills it but only tightens the wheel bolts with a battery 1/2 gun and a tire falls off this week lol
