    First 1/3 of travel should disengage clutch, full pedal applies brake. Sure sounds it's the pedal valve. I have a thread where I replaced it, will look for it

    Try this, start pushing underload and step in on each pedal about 1/3 travel. That side should stop turning but brake will not be applied.

    Mine had some issues, replacing the steering valve fixed it. One valve was replaced when I bought the dozer, then later after pulling clutches and finding nothing wrong I replaced the other valve

    Had my starter checked and guy said it look and ran fine. The only issue is he could not load test it. He used a 2x4 and forced it against the gear and it didn't slow down After reinstalling and it still would not crank the motor fast enough, I replaced with the lighter one. Still doing good today

    I looked up Samsara products and no where have I been able to find how to install. The unit in pic I believe is a a powered unit so it has internal Lithium Ion bat for tracking. Samsara appears to be designed for shipping (trucks/trailers). My guess is someone sold the owner on a wiz bang...
