    Cat 315d pattern changer problems

    I've got a customers 315d jgs prefix the pattern changer isn't functioning fully. He wants to run in SAE/JIS, in BHL it functions properly, in SAE/JIS pushing both sticks forward is correct, but pulling the sticks back they still operate in BHL.
