    I have D8K we use for light clearing and levelling- Should we leave the ripper on we never use to extend the machine life, make the old girl work less hard and burn less fuel?

    O&K RH23.5

    This is a 450 size hoe - with a great running cummins- any idea who build the pumps for the hydraulics - not sure if its Kawisaki or other- the secondary pump is heating up after 2 hrs of work- so we need somewhere to start. cheers M
