    Ok, problem is fixed, so first mech. Installed the main relief and did not set, 2nd mech was told this, but said they are factory set and could not be out that far, but apparently they can, 120$ part turned into 8k repair, not happy, never needed a pump or any of the other parts needed.

    Well bobtach piece taking off pump and hose connected, still same flow is 18.5 gpm, and 1800psi, this thing is driving everyone nuts, hopefully tomorrow , will get another psi reading from pump. And go from there :(

    He had a flow meter, he took reading after pump, and at auxilary, , so now he thinks its the bobtach lines, as he said they come right off the pump. So if it turns out thats what it was, means i didnt need a pump, waiting are parts to find out

    Well sorry so long since last update, new mech. Did flow test 13.5 gpm and 1800 psi, he took it infront of controler, so he said pump needs to get changed, (i did tell him it works fine sometimes, he said readings do no lie, and pump is bad)he put new pump in, fired up today, Only no get 1800...

    Yes i do have a bucket position valve, i assume that is for the function of keeping forks level lifting? And the valve body you are talking about can be found by following the pedals, this is great new info, and a new place to look. Really wish i was getting a code to help narrow this issue.

    Have to wait till ot decides to lift, some times i can just drive around and when o try to lift again it will work, i can pretty much tell when its going to work cause when there is no load the arms will either be slow going up or fast when they are fast it works fine, when slow up will not lift...

    Also i can leave arms up and walk away, they stay in place overnight, they do not fall.

    So i am new here and asking for ideas or suggestions on my t190 that has stumped 2 heavy mechanics Machine is 2011 T190, 3000h, foot controls, no hiflow, no codes, drives great, lift arms and tilt work great sometimes, not sure about aux only use a snow blade on them, belt has been checked for...
