    Kobelco SK50 UR2 Hydraulic problems

Put a flow gauge in the pilot circuit on the slightly odd looking pipe on the extreme right in the picture, it seemed odd that this pipe went from the boom slice to one of the track motor slices. With the pipe fully throttled the boom worked as normal, I'm guessing this cross feed pipe is incorrect?

Hi Bought this from a salvage guy a couple of years back. Got it running and most hydraulic functions working correctly. It has a pattern changer, but we think this is in order. Go all functions properly, apart from bucket arm/dipper and the off set/knuckle boom. The dipper does tend to lift a...

    Kobelco hydraulic fittings

Update on this, we have found that the thread is BSP, on first glance looks like a JIC fitting, with the very pronounced nose beyond the thread on a male fitting. As said 1/2" JIC to small, but when we checked the thread profile against a 1/4"BSP fitting we could see it was the same, so will...

Hi all. I have chance of buying this digger in the pictures, think it is a SK50-05736. But a bit vague at the moment. Ford 4000 Wont Start

CAV pumps have a very fine filter where the fuel feed pipe enters the pump near the injector pipe outlets. This filter can block. Remove the feed pipe and then the larger retaintin nut and spring and carfully remove the filter, clean and replace.
