    get an aftermarket unit idler axle and support blocks already assembled ill bet if you look the one on the oppisite side is probably bad also..

    left side of engine block between oil filter and cooler is a drain plug takes a 3/4 inc socket it is a short headed plug so use a good 6 point socket may also be one on bottom of trans cooler that looks the same.

    I would change fuel filters and check for restrictions in the fuel inlet and return lines do the easy and cheapest first.

    did you bleed fuel system if so did you also make sure all old seals from fuel filters came off with the old filter,possibly sucking asmall amount of air?

    I wouldnt use loctite i use antiseize if everything is clean when you reinstall no rust paint etc,and clean out the threads real good use new cat bolts and retorque to specs they shouldnt come loose

    check to see if you have good fuel flow out of the fuel tank by removing the hose that goes to the fuel pump,if flow is slow drain tank and remove elbow fitting and the bushing above it should be a screen in there ive seen them plug up an cause all kind of grief,also you can look at parts online...

    Having trouble with an 863 hi flow machine.It has a 18" asphalt mill the motor has blown two shaft seals(mill drive motor) but the main complaint is that after 15 min.of milling the motor slows way down i stalled the motor with the leakoff line removed and had very little oil come from that...
