    That was my assumption. I’ve seen washers welded inside the upper radiator tubes before. Blocking the front of the radiator seems like the easiest solution for that.

    Cat classic is another aftermarket from the dealer. I recommend genuine cat parts for everything. unless they’re not available then you have to go aftermarket.

    Inexperienced operators can and do overheat torque converters with perfectly functioning cooling systems. Operating in the incorrect speed and stalling the converter for long periods of time. I see it frequently in my area.

    Yes, there can be pressure in the case drain circuit with the machine off. Case drains are plumbed to the tank, so you’ll have tank pressure in that line. Not a lot of pressure, but some.
