    Looking for engine Branson 3510

I found a Branson 3510 tractor for sale which has a bad engine. I will need a short block or complete used/rebuilt engine. Any help would be appreciated. I live in NW Georgia.

    JD450 fuel pump question

You are correct: I would think gasoline would be more caustic in nature than diesel fuel. I installed the automotive type around 5 years ago, and it may fail again at any time. I removed the original one after more than 40 years of use. It still had the original JD yellow paint all over it.

    IH 175B The Beast!

I joined the forum today to get some information on steering/brake adjustments on a dry clutch JD 450 loader. Since I'm too cheap to buy a service manual, I'm hoping someone can talk me through getting the left side track to pull.

Steering Clutches - Brakes JD 450 loader

I'm new to the forum, and from reading some of the topics, I believe you guys are the ones to help me. I've had a late 60's dry clutch JD 450 loader for the last 15 years. It's just for my use around the house, and I recently have another issue (of many) with it. The engine probably has less...

    JD450 fuel pump question

I replaced the pump on my late 60's JD 450 with the automotive type - without the primer lever. I was quoted over a hundred dollars for the original type, and under $20 for the automotive type. I had to prime with an electric pump, so I learned not to run out of fuel anymore.

How to do a Long term storage of Heavy equipment 3 - 9 months between use

Non-use is one of the biggest culprits for heavy equipment. I park my JD 450 for months at a time, then usually find that something had eroded when I need it again. Simple things like condensation in the fuel, settlings in the fuel filter, battery loses power, or need to clean the battery...

Thoughts on Deere 450 track loaders

Is the '76 a wet or dry clutch system? I have a late 60's dry clutch JD 450, and it is VERY high maintenance. Mostly, because I only use it around the house. Honestly, I don't think it would hold up to make a living with, so it's a house tractor. The engine was redone just before I got it 15...

    IH 175B The Beast!

Heavy equipment on its side reminds me of my pulpwood cutting days. Take one JD 963 shear with 2 ~ 3 tall trees in the upper grapple, add high wind, and you have instant side panel damage and 50 gallons of fluid on the ground.
