    Pin-on Bucket Mounting Specs

    The Hitachi Ex35 data would be a common Hitachi fitment, I.E covers a few machines. What I would say is that, the ZX26 and ZX33 Hitachi are different, the 26 is 35mm pins, so i would double check both Deere models.

    Hitachi EX60URG

    The Machine in the picture is a Hitachi EX60-5, UK spec with long stick, blade and wide steel pads. Also hammer piped. The Hitachi EX60 URG has no ECU, it is a very basic system. URG refers to the short swing radius.

    Hi BHILL, Did you fit the R6 yourself? we are the rototilt dealer for Ireland, what system do you have? ICS? It soualvends like a servo pressure problem making me think its something to do with the feeder/shunt valve. Aiden

    Most pins are EN24t steel (4340), but also case hardened! You can use it as it is with fair results, but if you want o.e.m quality it needs to be hardened! A local machine shop may have some case hardened 2" bar in stock and be albe to make a pin from this! This is what i do in some cases Aiden

    Is it a 520 -50, the little compact model, if so the only problem i have ever seen with them is the brakes are in the hubs and if the oil is not changed often enough they can break up and cause harm! apart from that, they are a fair good machine Aiden

    Hitacho EX60-2 seal leak

    You Most likely have brake seals leaking, causing pressure lose to the brakes, not allowing them to release! They are very easy to replace, and i have them on the shelf if you need some! Aiden
