    A couple pics... Rust is definitely an issue. Chains is at the end of their usefull life, sprockets as well. Stick cylinder is leaking, the other cylinders are good. Cylinder rods are very good age considered.

    Your machine can not be working with that board. You need to fix the board first, and then figure out if something else is causing the board to grenade itself, like a shorted throttle solenoid/motor or something similar.

    That have to be absolute pressures. The barometric pressure surely are absolute so the boost press must be absolute too or it would be very confusing othervise. So the relative boost pressure you have must be 1.9 psi
