    The whole system is contaminated, the fine particles go into the valveblock, spools get stuck and the orifices block up. Yes its a big job to remove and strip trans, torque converter pump and cooler and proper cleaning. Otherwise you will have endless problems, flushing the system wont help

    Non metalic debri is from clutch material. Did you check the filter, cut it open and check. I suspect clutch slippage. You can check pressures but its no use if you have debri transmission out strip and check.

    Remove the screen, check for debri, metal and clutch material. Remove filter cut open check for metal and clutch material. If you find any debri, remove, transmission, torque converter, pump, oilcooler and pipes...... Strip and rebuild.

    Unfortunately the machine is in a remote area. Sensors get used for other dumpers by the techs on site for testing. So its a difficult situation, I have no control of. A dumper thats running needs to park to rob sensors back and test the one with the shift problem.

    Its got an electric pumo running 30Sec before trying to start. Got fuel coming out on the return to tank when cranking, no bubbles in the fuel. Cummins quickserve is not for free you pay now for everything and issues cant register no option. Page go to error

    400psi measure it on the priority valve tap on the transmission housing, thats what the brakes need to release once the parkbrake is off. Sounds familiar hey Nige?
