    That blade sat at the Brookings Co landfill for many years. Halsteds also had two komatsu scrapers, I believe they were sold as a pair to a hutterite colony in central SD.

    Grain bin demo

    Maybe you could contact a local grain bin contractor and see what they would pour for a footing on bins that size. The manufacturer of the bins could also tell you what it would require for footings. No idea on taking the bins down.

    bluetop man not sure what you me by your post but randy is probably the most respected blade operator on here. if you were building that pad i'm sure they would let you stand in the -30 temps and pound all stakes you want so you didn't have to use gps.

    Pointers on blowing a pull string through conduit

    i always used a piece of grocery bag taped to a string, and a cordless dewalt vacuum. never tried it on a conduit bigger than 2" though. i think your biggest problem is finding a piece of string long enough. i always use string line string which is 260' rolls, i have tied a few together before.

    sounds like you have the system that uses a regular ether can. just remove the nozzle and stick the can in. go to a local ag dealer and see how they put the can in.

    i spent a couple weeks in a 14f it was an alright scraper. it did have many electrical problems, we had two and every day i would have to shut mine down at least ten times a day to reset the computer, otherwise the rear engine wouldn't rev up,frustrating! my a/c worked good but my bowl cushion...
