    The dealer wants $840. The weather warmed up. The hoe thawed and started right up. No clue. I checked the connections and everything was clean. I used a leaf blower to dry everything out, and ran the engine to heat the tractor up.

    My Deere 310L backhoe has non-skid pads on the storage boxes. They are getting kind of ratty, so I decided to get new ones. My Deere dealer wants $98 each, and I need four. That is not in the budget. Is there an effective solution that don’t break the bank? Thanks.

    I just looked at the chart in the manual. I can use 10w-30 all the way up to 15-40 depending on air operating temperature. Why don't companies just specify the greatest range between numbers, and just leave it at that? The manual doesn't even mention 5W-40?
