    2012 JD 323D, When freezing, loader arms go up but not down. Moisture in loader control valve?

    After 10 mins, when everything has warmed up, the loader arms can go back down. Until that point there is zero movement in the foot control to lower it. Must be moisture somewhere right? Where should I look at opening it up and draining...
