    I have a early 2000 model cat backhoe that all of a sudden will slip out of gear, either in forward or reverse. it'll go a few feet then stop. I changed all the filters and made sure it has plenty of hyd fluid but it didn't help.

    I have a 1986 CAT 416. The rear axle will start to drip at the end against the rim once the outside air temp reaches 70°F or higher (with the equipment not moving).
