Hello all. Hoping to get some help with a 1998 JLG lift that i acquired. It is a duel fuel propane / gas 45IC. All controls (drive, lift, boom up, boom out, swing ect) work from the ground controls. when i turn the key to the basket controls i can drive the machine but none of the other controls work. If i push the foot pedal i get a green light on the control and the rpm goes up. if i hold the foot pedal it times out after a few seconds and i can re push the pedal. I was poking around in the control box on the basket and noticed 2 cards labeled drive and flow. The drive board gets 12v when i push the foot pedal at the fuse on the board. the flow card does not. Anyone have any direction i can test to figure out how to get the controls to work on the basket? I noticed some of the wires that are on the flow control card go up to this flow control pot that doesnt seem to do anything. Thank you in advance!
