650J XLT Blade problem

Hi. I just bought a 2006 650J early model. Ran it in the parking lot where I bought it until it hot warm and no issues. Today I had it in the dirt for the first time. The blade cycle times are so slow it's frustrating. With a blade full of topsoil you can barely function the blade. The tractor itself seems fine. Any know problems or things I should look at? No codes either.

I have a D4h2 Cat...was having the same issue...l was getting ready to pull the control valve..linkage...a good spraying of WD 40 solved the problem..
