70A John Deere loader bucket will not go up or down

Help! Have a 70A loader on jd 955 , the bucket will tilt but not lift.Any suggestions?

Check you hydrualic fluid level for a start. Dipstick is at rear of tractor. Does the tractor itself move normally?

I have a 955 with the 70a loader so ill try to provide what help i can.

If everything's intact,meaning linkage,oil level,hoses,etc. it's most likely a valve issue.
