Check out Powerscreen. We rented one of their units last year to crush our asphalt pile.

You will need an impact crusher and you can get one from Powerscreen. keep in mind that asphalt is very abrasive and will really wear on a crusher.

I crushed RAP at an asphalt plant for 2 years. We had to go 1/2"-, and with an Eagle 1000 horizontal impactor we got around 130-140 tph. Make sure you have a good water supply and use an enclosure for your generator, that stuff can get pretty dusty.
