I'm looking at buying my buddys grandfathers horse drawn grader I offered him five hundred it's got some welds n missing a peice to adjust angle on grader. Is that a fair price it's pre 1900

If he is happy with the price and you are happy then it is fair no mater how much it is.
now is it the going rate? it is on the low end, especially if you had to ship one in.
