Has anyone used a Balderson 10' quick attach blade on a 953C trackloader? Is one worth having for light dozer work?

There is a guy around here who has a balderson quick attach and blade on a 963. I have not run the machine but I have watched him build terraces with it. It looked like it worked good and he said he liked it. He also mentioned that he liked being able to go back and forth between bucket and blade.

Thanks, terrace & waterway work is what I want it for mainly. It is priced at 2500.00 for the 10' blade, I feel this is cheap but do not know what used ones sell for.
