We've recently seen an influx of spammers at this site, a spammer being someone who has registered for the sole reason of soliciting our members for sales of usually seedy type merchandise or services. In the interest of keeping the site available to new members as soon as possible, some of these spammers slip through the security we have set up.
If you see a post by a spammer, DO NOT click on any links they have listed, you may expose yourself to a security risk. Please click the "Report this post" icon and we will deal with the spammer appropriately.
On another message board I frequent, one spammer used the PM system to solicit the members. If you get a PM of this type, notify us and again, we will take care of the problem. I've tightened up the settings on the PM system to make them less attractive for this use, you may experience a little delay if sending multiple PMs out.
We want to provide you all with a comfortable safe environment here, yet have the site remain attractive to new members. Thanks everyone!!
