Bobcat T190 Bogging down

I recently ran across a 2006 Bobcat T190 that I plan on selling soon. Got on it today and I was about to post it for sale and realized that it wouldn’t hardly move. It idles fine full throttle or no throttle. As soon as I turn, it bogs down like it goes into a limp mode. The motor is still wide open. It will crawl slowly but as soon as the arms are pushed wide open, it bogs down. I’m new to these things and any tip is much appreciated
