I’ll try to get a video of it tomorrow , getting home after dark every night and leaving before sunup. I used the float position that day, any chance I could have torn a oring or something in the valve body when I used float?

I got a video but it’s too large to upload. I also changed hydraulic fluid and filters and added the hto additve . No change to operation, and right side drive function seems like it is less responsive then the left side . Also went and tried to pick up a log length piece of wood and it won’t budge it ... I checked the charge pressure and it’s around 350 psi... I don’t have a manual for the machine , what should charge pressure be and where should I check pump pressure ?

I wish I could help more with the hydraulic control valve but I don't know much about them. I don't think using the float function could damage anything but I guess anything's possible.

Here's a link to a service manual for the Sauer Dansfoss M46 tandem pump in your machine. It has a troubleshooting section for sluggish control response time that lists several possible causes. Additionally the response time can be deliberately set by orifices in the supply and drain paths for the servo pistons. Could it be possible that the shop reinstalled the wrong orifices?
That charge pressure reading sounds ok. Sauer Danfoss specs from 87 to 450 PSI, and Case calls for 360 PSI minimum at full throttle.
Is the response delayed or sluggish? As in you move the stick, wait a second or two, and then the machine moves? Or is the one side just slower to get up to speed than the other?

The response time is delayed at first , wait a second maybe two and it kicks in . Then when it’s engaged it seems like the right side may be a little lazier then the left side when pushed all the way forward it seems like left side is pulling a little .

So, i took the machine to my local hydraulic shop that installed the new shaft in the pump when i replaced the coupler. It took them 3 1/2 weeks, only to tell me that the pump need to be rebuilt.. They confirmed the charge pressure was in spec, and they also said they flow tested it. Going to pick it up today and ill get a more detailed report of what they found. Any input before i have the pump rebuilt?

the lift arms are having a struggle going up and you can hear the motor bogged down going upwards.. also got aeration in the hydraulic system now? was wondering if anyone else ran across this problem.?
AND got a rebuilt pump to see if that was that was the problem.. Nope.. Thx for any help.. BCB River Grove IL
