D5 no crank no start

Good day to all i have a D5 Rd159529 that was being used and stopped dead in its tracks, found wire harness from fuse box to starter damaged replaced with new one also replaced starter. new batteries, main power, new fuse box and all fuses start relay and new kill switch. unit will not start there is a click noise when key is turned on also key switch is new. Anyone have any idea what i am missing

I would start with basics and approach it as multiple issues. Number one starter motor.
Jump poles on starter motor to establish if wiring and isolator is ok.
then work out why it wont crank.
Then why it cut out.
And maybe stop throwing parts at it.
