D6b? Trying to lookup sieral number

I'm looking at an old what I belive is a d6b. I belive 1960 or 61. Electric start. The stamp on the back frame says 37a1117 I belive the 37a means narrow gauge. But I am trying to find out what year for sure. Everything seems complete which is nice. Rails are garbage and sprockets are too. But anyway I'm wondering if anyone can confirm what year or help point me in the right direction.

37A is indeed a D6B, it was producted in the US between 1959 & 1967. Your S/N is likely to be at the lower end of that age range. As you say 60 or 61.
