It ain't that hard to do it you have the tools.

If you go hang around D. Crupi's shop and play kiss @ss they might do it for you. Don't go through the office asking though, they would shoot you down. A fella by the name of Alton Ruff runs the truck shop, hes a good dude, he might be able to bypass you to the right person in the main equipment shop....
