Employers who had employees in 2020, look at the ERC credit again

My accountant had me re-look at the ERC credit as new guidance came out that you don't have to actually have had sales go down, but can qualify if you were simply somehow impacted by the government shutdown. Tons of businesses are getting very big money here.
