That was a lot to try and decipher.

If you're running at actual 1900rpm, you're getting an over speed shutdown and need to bring it down to 1800. No idea what engine you're running since there is no CAT/Deere combos, so can't give any advice on how to adjust. Pictures of engine or tags?

1900 RPM is not too high on a mechanical governor set. That is only 63 Hz. Maybe turn it down a tad but it should be OK.

SDMO is under Kohler. Contact a Kohler dealer for issues related to the SDMO controls.

Gen Set plate calls for 1800 rpm/ 60 HZ SDMO Gen Set Mid America Engine type JS150SA
Is the rpm a programed controler problem or gen. injection setting ?

You tell us, does it have electronic engine speed control or is it all mechanical? I can't see it from my house.

If it is mechanical, you set it to 1800 RPM at 100% load and hope it does not rise too much at no load. 1900 should be about max.

You need to load test it and you are going to need to probably rent a load bank for that.
