I have a 1992 JLG 60H boom that still have the boom up/down, turntable to rotate and drive work. The other functions (all on toggles from ground and platform) became intermittant and now are dead. I can hear the valve click from ground control, but no movement.

Anyone have input on potential fixes?

Thank you,

Nathan

What you discribed is your solenoid (bang-bang) valve bank not working.

If you open the door on the valve side of the machine, the lower mounted valve section to the right is your proportional valves (drive/lift/swing), the
upper valve bank to the left is the solenoid valves (all other functions).

Sounds like your dump valve is not working. The dump valve for the solenoid valves in mounted straight back on the wall behind the proportional valve bank. It's a square block with one coil, about 3 hoses, and 2 wires. One wire is grounded, the other wire should have 12 volts to it whenever the machine is on ground control or on basket when the deadman (foot switch) is activated. Check for power, check for a good ground.
That's step 1. :)
