Hitachi zx350-3 tracking while locked out

Have a big issue. Right track will start traming when you start the machine. Lockout in the disengage position. Center joint replaced with new. Please help

Good day Little
It sounds like a sticking spool in the valve bank, stop the machine take the pilot hose off each end and measure the spool position compare with a good one.
