Job Description : The candidate for this role will provide leadership and coordinate all activities at the Rebuild Center in West Virginia. You will work very closely with the Director of Mining, Branch Managers and Parts Managers in order to build high quality engines in a cost effective and timely manner. You will also be responsible to communicate the companies' Vision, Mission and Operating Principals to customers, employees and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have an associates degree in Service Management with at least five years experience & training with diesel engines, or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Must have excellent customer service skills and a strong working knowledge of engine applications and services. This position requires a solid knowledge of diesel engines, parts and warranties, along with superior interpersonal, leadership and communication skills. Must be highly skilled in problem recognition and resolution, and be able to apply logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Strong ability to read, interpret and communicate technical information as well as general business information. Within 60 days of hire, you must be capable of generating service management reports from custom reporting and understand and use those reports to monitor and manage daily operations. Must have a Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as necessary throughout the USA.

Compensation : $75,000 - $100,000 US per year (flexible depending on experience) + generous bonus plan, full company benefits and various other expenses.

Shifts : Days, however, must be flexible to work and travel when needed.
