John deere 329E. All are coming up on screen in machine.
hcu 1594.01 shows then when you select that code it shows left speed sensor input data below normal and 1-1619.2/54-1744.6

Ecu 1209.04 shows egr high pressure side out of range low and 1-1736.9/2-1739.0

1594.01 is telling you that left motor speed sensor input voltage is lower then commanding pump output
1209.04 is telling you that exhaust manifold pressure signal is lower than the sensor low voltage specification

Manifold air and Exhaust Pressure sensor is located on top of valve cover at the back {flywheel side} maybe do terminal check at sensor and harness check to see if its wiring related

Known problem with this sensor, we've changed, oh, maybe 8 in the last year.

Welcome to HEF Ironworker272;)!

Please post a complete serial number of the machine.

First, make sure there is not a switch on the instrument cluster to change the foot pedal characteristics.

That machine had a kit available (BYT10164) which comes with the pedal, mounting bracket, wiring harness and instructions (might have to have the dealer print this if not in the kit) on making the change to the new pedal. I think the dealer sold you the new pedal by itself.

See this post.

I think if you click on the link above in post #11, labelled Foot Pedal, you will have your answer.

Hello again, i made a mistake on the machine model.
it is a 329E SN: 1T0329EKAFE275504
Codes i have coming up are 1594.01 HCU then it flashes 3259.3 and 3631.9 Left speed sensor.
Code 168.04 VCU battery voltage.
Code 3598.03 VCU 5 volt sensor, out of range high, then flashes 3333.0 and 3555.5
Code 1485.02 ECU main relay erratic bad data, then flashes 3333.0
Code 158.01 EMU battery voltage switch power
Code 522323.0 ECU air filter switch, data above normal, then flashes 3285.8
Code 3719.16 ECU DPF operation, request regen, moderately high value. then flashes 3276.5 and 3277.2
Code 1196.11 EMU anti theft, unknown fault. flashes 3259.3
Wondering if there is a way to force a regen.
Also can codes be cleared
If any help with these would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to HEF GOGOGADGET;)!

Press and hold the menu button for approx. 5 seconds to enter the service mode. Then you will have the option to clear the codes. Clear the codes and report back with what is active.

What flashes after the code are the hours of the first occurrence and the last occurrence.

To force a regen, press the menu button to enter the menu (you do not have to be in the service mode for this). Scroll to exhaust filter, press select, scroll to parked cleaning, press select. The engine has to be over 140* F, the safety bar up, park brake applied, engine at low idle for a parked regen to occur.

mg2361, hey i followed your instructions, was able to get the machine to do a forced burn.
Also replaced the egr pressure differential sensor, part # MIU803774.
Fired up machine and all active codes were removed, full power was restored.
It all looks to be good to go now.
Thank you for your help, with these issues.
Cheers.
