Joy sticks only move up

Have a t190. Used a trencher then was going to unhook it. Unhooked the aux hydraulics and power washed the trencher. Now the joy sticks will raise the lift no matter which way the joy stick is moved. The other joy stick only tilts down no matter which way the joy stick is moved. Push right or left makes no difference. Only raise up and tilt down.
