Koehring 466E Cylinder rod end EYE dia?

Working on Koehring 466E excavator bucket cylinder rod end bushing. The bushing is worn out (gone). Does anyone know the original OD of the bushing (4.5" to 5.0")? Trying to fab a bushing but need to see how bad the rod end is worn. The bucket pin OD is 3.0".
