Komatsu PC130-6 Boom lift

Hi Everyone,

I have a komatsu pc130-6 excavator and the issue I have is that the boom doesn’t lift when the lever is pulled on just by itself. When the boom lift lever is pulled with another lever function, then both work. Any ideas or suggestions as to what this might be?

Any help would be appreciated.

The boom function must produce a load sense signal in order to bring the pump out of its standby mode and to close the main unloading valve in the valve bank. Check the boom spool and the pressure compensation valve assembly condition and movement.
