Frankort KY main highway garage has the annual state auction of heavy equipment. Over 200 pieces. Over a dozen Case 580's, 4 Grade-alls, 15 ford tractors with side and bank mowers, over 50 dump trucks, 3-4 road graders, a bunch of 2 yd. wheel loaders, lowboys, road tractors, pickups and misc. shop stuff. With the economy the way is the stuff will go cheap. I bought 2yd. size Komatsu WA-180 articulated tool carrier with 3 attachments under 3500 hrs. for 12K last year. Nice tandem IH dump with under a 100K miles for 5K. Ram 1500 pu's in nice shape with under a 100K miles sold for a couple of grand.

Went to the auction and prices were all over.. 5-6K for tandem dumps, Case 580 Backhoes averaged 8K and wheel loader 10-16K. 10 ton lowboys with tilt beds went to 4-5K.
